Upon arriving, the hotel rooms weren't ready by 3 pm, but they were very clean, wide, fully equipped, and had a balcony overlooking the water. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. The shuttle service to Festival City is excellent, and the indoor swimming pool is a nice touch for winter. The restaurant, though nice, lacked variety in food options. Overall, it was a very nice experience, perfect for families.
